Richard Orduno, CAAM certified community manager, and Michael Jonas noticed they hadn't seen Sands Scottsdale resident, Mr. Bullard, in some time. Following his instincts, Richard called the Scottsdale Police Department to request a welfare check. Mr. Bullard was in desparate need of medical attention and was unable to seek it on his own. Thanks to the concern of fellow residents and the action of Rich, Mr. Bullard received the care he needed. Quite possibly, Rich and Michael saved Mr. Bullard's life. 

January 24, 2014 - Cadden Community Management - Named SAHBA Associate Firm of the Year
SAHBA held its annual awards luncheon Jan. 17 at the Westin La Paloma. More than 250 members of SAHBA, the homebuilder and development community attended the event. Cadden Community Management is a locally owned company that provides homeowner association management services to over 200 communities in Tucson, Green Valley and Vail. Company owner and longtime SAHBA member Mike Cadden accepted the award. "Our involvement in SAHBA over the past 20 years has been critical in our growth as a company," Cadden said.
